The topic of bullet journaling is such a broad one because it is a planner that’s designed to be unique to each user.

Whatever your planning needs are, it’s a sure bet that bullet journaling will work for you. A bullet journal has a fairly small structure of how to organize the various components you’ll want in it, but beyond that the sky’s the limit.
Note: I love bullet journaling but I am artistically-challenged. When you look a the photos of my own bullet journal throughout this series, you’ll see simple handwriting/printing and evidence of correction tape when I changed something.
This is actually why I wanted to share my love of the planner and the craft in making it your unique way of gathering and organizing all the parts of your life.
You do not need to be an artist to have a great bullet journal. You don’t have to do a single swoop, or flourish or draw unicorns and roses, for your bullet journal to do what it was intended to do. You can make mistakes and cross them out, or cover them with correction tape. Or you can draw a unicorn if that’s what you feel like doing!
A bullet journal is, first and foremost, the best designed planner ever. What you do with it beyond that is up to you.
Remember, you only have to please yourself.
